You can use this page to get in touch with AmeriVend to report any problems with the vending machine in your lobby or to suggest new products you would like to have available in your machine. We typically respond within 24 hours, but you will usually hear back within a couple of hours.
Our machines are equipped with the Sensit Guaranteed Delivery System. If a product fails to vend for whatever reason, you are able to make another selection or try again until the product vends. You will not be charged until the product(s) pass the sensors where the product drops. You may also cancel your purchase via the card reader or by pressing the refund button for cash purchases.
