Once you fill out our form, Matt or Mike will contact you to schedule a time that is convenient for you to visit your place of business and discuss how we accommodate your vending needs. On-site visits are crucial to serving you in the best way possible.
3 Our Promise to You
If you decide that working with AmeriVend is right for you, we offer a ZERO RISK agreement that doesn’t lock you in for months or years at a time like our competitors. We are so confident in our customer service and our product offering we allow you to cancel at any time. If for some reason you are unhappy with our service, we can remove our machines with no questions asked.
4 Machine Setup
After the agreement is made, we will deliver and install our machines at NO COST to you. AmeriVend covers all maintenance, repairs, transaction fees, and stocking of the vending machines. Our machines offer the latest in vending technology from “iVend or Guaranteed Delivery” to credit card readers that accept mobile payments. All of our vending machines are also ADA-compliant.
5 Ongoing Support
Once our vending machines are up and running, ongoing support is provided to make sure all the machines are functional, stocked, and never out of product. Should the need for service arise prior to your scheduled visit, you can call, text, or email us, and Matt or Mike will be there within 24 hours to resolve the problems.
